Karen's Weight-loss Tips
She is too heavy.She thinks she has to lose weight. So she begin to run every morning and afternoon to lose weight. And She dosen't eat the junk food like hambergers,french fries,andcoke for several month. Because she want to lose her weight.She do exercise every day and eat less junk food and more vegetables and fruits. Finally,she lose weight sucessful.
